About Me

I am Lena.

My name means "bright and beautiful" in Korean. If you pronounce my name a little bit backward, like nale, it means a "lily" in Korean. That is why one of my favorite flowers is a lily.

I am passionate about caring for my students and their learning.

I love listening to young children who make incredible remarks on sky, trees, mud, snow, spiders, their family and friends, and...everything.

I am very happy when reading and writing with coffee; hearing raindrops in the very early morning; looking over a peaceful pond in front of my house during that time is always a plus.

One of the things I am extremely proud is being a mother of a marvelous boy.
